Angola: Inflation hits over two-year high in September
Consumer prices increased 1.91% in September over the previous month, below August’s 2.00% increase. The print reflected softer price increased for alcoholic beverages and tobacco; hotels, cafés and restaurants; and clothing and footwear.
Inflation came in at 23.3% in September, above August’s 22.8%. September’s figure was the highest inflation rate since February 2018.
