Argentina: Inflation slides in October
Consumer prices increased 3.52% over the previous month in October, slowing down from September’s 3.55% increase. In October, the sharpest increases in prices were recorded for clothing and footwear, healthcare and restaurants and hotels.
Inflation came in at 52.1% in October, down from September’s 52.5%. Meanwhile, the trend pointed up, with annual average inflation coming in at 46.0% in October (September: 44.8%).
