Belarus: Industrial output growth ebbs in June
Industrial production grew 7.1% year on year in June (May: +8.0% yoy). The reading was largely due to a deterioration in manufacturing production growth and softer expansions in the energy plus water supply and waste subsectors. Meanwhile, mining and quarrying output growth remained stable.
Meanwhile, annual average industrial production growth fell to 8.0% in June (May: +11.5%), signaling a worsening trend in the industrial sector.
