Belarus: Industrial output grows at softer pace in October
Industrial output increased 8.0% compared to the same month a year earlier in January–October, which followed January–September’s 8.1% increase. Looking at the details of the release, manufacturing output grew at a brisker pace, while the electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air conditioning supply sector saw a sharper decline in activity.
Meanwhile, the trend improved, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at 11.0% in October, up from September’s 9.6%.
