Belarus: Industrial output growth moderates in November
Industrial output increased 7.9% year on year in November (October: +8.0% yoy). November’s reading was largely driven by slower manufacturing production growth. In addition, mining and quarrying production lost steam, while the electricity, gas, steam, hot water and air conditioning supply subsector remained in contraction.
Meanwhile, the trend improved, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at 12.3%, up from October’s 11.0%.
