Belarus: Industrial output growth loses pace in May
Industrial output rose 11.5% in year-on-year terms in May, which followed April’s 16.4% increase, amid a less favorable base effect. Looking at the details, manufacturing output powered growth, while energy production was also robust.
Meanwhile, the trend improved sizably, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at plus 5.6%, up from April’s 4.2% reading.
