Belarus: Industrial output rebounds in November
Industrial output increased 2.7% compared to the same month of the previous year in November, which contrasted October’s 0.1% decrease. Among growing sectors, mining and quarrying and electricity production recorded healthy growth, with the latter also recording double digit growth in sequential terms. Contrastingly, manufacturing output remained with relatively slow growth in the same month.
Meanwhile, annual average industrial production growth fell to 6.1% in November (October: +6.2%), signaling a worsening trend in the industrial sector.
