Belarus: Inflation comes in at highest level since March in November
Inflation rose to 5.4% in November, above October’s 3.7%. November’s reading marked the highest inflation rate since March. Looking at the details of the release, the reading stemmed from stronger price pressures for food, housing and utilities, and transportation.
That said, annual average inflation fell to 5.8% in November (October: 6.5%).
Finally, consumer prices rose 0.70% from the previous month in November, accelerating from October’s 0.60% increase.
