Colombia: Inflation ticks down in November
Consumer prices rose 0.10% over the previous month in November, decelerating from October’s 0.16% increase. November’s reading largely reflected higher prices for housing and utilities, restaurants and hotels, and recreation and culture.
Inflation ticked down to 3.8% in November (October: 3.9%). Thus, it edged closer to the midpoint of the Central Bank’s target range of 3.0% plus or minus 1.0 percentage points. Meanwhile, annual average inflation inched up to 3.5% in November (October: 3.4%).
