Costa Rica: Inflation ticks down in November
Consumer prices were broadly unchanged over the previous month in November, down from October’s 0.08% increase. The flat reading was a result of higher prices for food and non-alcoholic beverages counterbalanced by lower prices for transport, education and clothing.
Inflation ticked down to 0.2% in November from October’s 0.5%. Meanwhile, the trend pointed down, with annual average inflation coming in at 0.8% in November (October: 0.9%).
