Croatia: Consumer prices decline at less pronounced pace in June
Consumer prices rose 0.10% over the previous month in June, matching May’s increase. June’s upturn largely reflected higher prices for transport more than offsetting a decline in prices for clothing and footwear.
Consumer prices declined 0.2% year-on-year in June, a more modest drop compared to May’s 0.6% fall. Meanwhile, the trend pointed down slightly, with annual average inflation coming in at 0.7% in June (May: 0.8%).
