Croatia: Harmonized inflation falls to lowest level since January 2022 in November
Harmonized inflation came in at 5.5% in November, down from October’s 6.7%. November’s result represented the weakest inflation rate since January 2022. The decline was broad-based, with lower price pressures recorded for food and non-alcoholic beverages, transportation, and housing and utilities. Moreover, prices for recreation grew at a more subdued pace.
Annual average harmonized inflation fell to 9.0% in November (October: 9.6%). Meanwhile, consumer price inflation fell to 4.7% in November, from the previous month’s 5.8%.
Lastly, harmonized consumer prices fell 0.44% from the previous month in November, contrasting the 0.29% increase seen in October.
