Croatia: Inflation climbs in March
Consumer prices rose 1.0% from the previous month in March, following the 0.2% increase recorded in February. According to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics (CBS), March’s acceleration largely reflected higher prices for clothing and footwear due to the start of the new season.
Meanwhile, inflation climbed from 0.5% in February to 0.9% in March. Annual average inflation remained steady for the third month in a row at 1.4% in March.
