Cyprus: Industrial activity deteriorates in December
Industrial output slid 1.7% in year-on-year terms in December, which contrasted November’s 1.4% increase. The result was largely due to weaker manufacturing output growth. In addition, water supply production contracted markedly.
Meanwhile, the trend pointed down, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at an over one-year low of 1.4%, down from November’s 1.8% reading.
