Cyprus: Industrial output contracts again in April
Annual working day-adjusted industrial production contracted 0.3% in April, following the revised 1.5% fall logged in March (previously reported: -0.7% year-on-year). April’s softer drop was largely due to the rebound in output in the mining and quarrying, and manufacturing sectors.
Meanwhile, the annual average growth in industrial production declined to 6.1% in April from 6.9% in March.
