Cyprus: Inflation remains stable in November
Consumer prices rose 0.54% in November, cooling from the 0.73% increase in October. The softer rise in prices was largely attributed to notably softer price pressures for clothing and footwear, as well as for housing and utilities.
Inflation was stable at October’s 4.3% in November. Meanwhile, the annual average variation of consumer prices came in at 1.9% in November from 1.5% in October. Lastly, harmonized inflation rose to 4.7% in November from 4.4% in October.
