Denmark: Inflation dips marginally in August
Consumer prices fell 0.4% month-on-month in August, contrasting July’s 0.8% increase. According to Statistics Denmark, August’s figure was driven by lower prices for package holidays, which contrasted higher clothing prices.
Inflation came in at 1.0% in August, down from 1.1% in July, while annual average inflation also dipped to 1.0% from 1.1%.
