Estonia: Inflation dives to near three-year low in October
Consumer prices fell 0.1% over the previous month in October, following a 0.2% month-on-month decrees in September. A breakdown by components provided by Statistics Estonia showed that lower the prices for hotels, cafes and restaurants, as well as food and non-alcoholic beverages, more than offset higher prices for clothing and footwear.
Inflation fell to a 35-month low of 1.6% in October, from 2.2% in September. In turn, annual average inflation edged down to 2.6% in October, from in 2.8% in September.
