Ghana: Inflation falls to a new over five-year low in November
Consumer prices rose 0.7% in November, unchanged from the previous month’s print. Meanwhile, inflation moderated to 9.3% in same month, from 9.5% in October, marking the lowest reading in over five years and edging closer to the midpoint of the Central Bank’s medium-term target band of 8.0% plus or minus 2.0 percentage points. Lastly, annual average inflation eased to a near five-year low of 10.0% in November from 10.2% in October.
