Hong Kong: Inflation falls to lowest level since June 2021 in January
Consumer prices increased a seasonally-adjusted 0.20% in January over the previous month, below the 1.00% rise seen in December.
Inflation came in at 1.2% in January, down from December’s 2.4%. January’s figure marked the weakest inflation rate since June 2021. Annual average inflation ticked down to 1.4% in January (December: 1.6%).
