Israel: Business and consumer sentiment bounce back in December
Confidence among Israeli households improved from minus 14 in November to minus 10 in December. The rise in sentiment was driven by a more upbeat outlook regarding households’ own economic situation and a less negative assessment of their ability to save.
Meanwhile, business sentiment increased from 20 in November to 24 in December, likely driven in part by an improved external panorama given lower U.S.-China trade tensions.
