Kazakhstan: Industrial output growth drops to 10-month low in January
Industrial output grew 3.4% compared to the same month of the previous year in January, down from December’s 3.6% increase. January’s slowdown in manufacturing output growth more than offset rebounds in mining and quarrying, energy and water supply activity.
Meanwhile, the trend improved modestly, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at 4.5% in January, up from December’s 4.3% reading.
