Latvia: Consumer prices drop in August
Consumer prices declined 0.55% in August over the previous month, contrasting July’s 0.28% rise. August’s reading marked the first drop in prices in three months. The downturn was largely driven by falling prices for food and non-alcoholic beverages, housing and transport.
