Luxembourg: Harmonized inflation eases to an over-a-year-low in June
Consumer prices fell 0.1% month-on-month in June, contrasting May’s 0.3% upturn and largely reflecting lower oil prices.
Inflation came in at 1.8% in June, a five-month low (May: 2.1%). Meanwhile, harmonized inflation eased to 1.5% from 2.2% a month prior, its lowest point since May 2018, while annual average inflation inched down to 1.8% (May: 1.9%).
