Luxembourg: Harmonized inflation slides in February
Consumer prices fell 0.6% over the previous month in March, contrasting February’s 1.3% rise. The reading largely reflected lower prices for transport, utilities, and alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
Meanwhile, inflation dropped to 0.9% in March from 1.7% in February, while harmonized inflation plunged to 0.3% from 1.8%. Lastly annual average inflation clocked in at 1.6% in March, down from February’s 1.7%.
