Luxembourg: Retail sales rebounds in June
Retail sales rose 0.6% month-on-month in seasonally adjusted terms in June (May: -1.7% mom).
On an annual basis, retail sales rose at a more moderate pace of 7.9% in June (May: +10.6% yoy), the worst result since December 2023. Accordingly, annual average retail sales growth fell to 10.6% in June (May: +11.0%). This signals a worsening trend in the retail trade sector.
