Poland: Business confidence weakens in June
Business confidence came in at minus 0.6 in June, down from May’s minus 0.3. As a result, the index moved further below the 0-threshold, and indicated pessimism among businesses.
June’s reading largely reflected firms’ weaker expectations over their future personal financial situation as well as over their current personal financial situation. Moreover, their expectations over the future general economic situation, future production and future order books turned less optimistic compared to the previous month.
