Poland: Business sentiment falls in May
Business confidence dropped to minus 12.2 in May from April’s minus 10.8. Therefore, the index remained entrenched below the 0-threshold, indicating pronounced pessimism among businesses.
Businesses’ expectations turned more negative over order books, the future general economic situation and employment. Moreover, firms were increasingly downbeat regarding current order books, production and financial situation.
