Poland: Industrial output growth gains steam in November
Industrial output grew 15.2% in year-on-year terms in November, which was above October’s 7.6% increase. November’s figure marked the highest result since June. November’s notable upturn was largely driven by a pickup in mining and quarrying, and manufacturing output.
On a monthly basis, factory output grew 6.5% in seasonally-adjusted terms in November, which was notably better than October’s 2.3% expansion and also marked the best result since June 2020. Meanwhile, the trend improved, with the annual average growth of industrial production coming in at plus 14.9% in November, up from October’s 14.1% reading.
