Poland: Nominal retail sales speed up in June
Nominal retail sales rose 10.3% from the same month a year earlier in June, accelerating from May’s 7.6% year-on-year expansion. June’s reading was bolstered by faster fuel sales. Bigger-ticket sales, including household appliances, also accelerated in the month.
Meanwhile, annual average growth in nominal retail sales ticked up to 7.9% from 7.6% a month earlier.
