Poland: Retail sales fall at softer pace in June
Retail sales fell 1.9% year-on-year in June (May: -8.6% yoy). The upturn was primarily due to an improvement in motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts and textiles, clothing and footwear sales.
Annual average retail sales increased 1.1% in June, which was below May’s 1.7% expansion and marked the worst result since October 2015.
