Poland: Retail sales growth picks up pace in September
Retail sales expanded 21.9% year on year in September (August: +21.5% yoy). The upturn was largely driven by an improvement in motor vehicles, motorcycles and parts and textiles, clothing and footwear sales.
Meanwhile, the trend improved significantly, with the annual average growth of retail sales coming in at 20.8% in September, up from August’s 19.9% reading.
