Serbia: Industrial output grows at fastest pace in 10 months in February
Industrial output rose 2.6% in year-on-year terms in February, which was above January’s 2.5% increase. The result was due to improved manufacturing production. Meanwhile, mining and quarrying production deteriorated.
On a seasonally-adjusted monthly basis, industrial output rose at a faster rate of 2.2% in February (January: +1.3% mom). Meanwhile, the trend pointed down, with the annual average variation of industrial production coming in at minus 0.4% in February, down from January’s flat reading.
