Accordingly, the trend improved modestly, with the annual average variation of industrial production coming in at minus 4.6%, up from May’s minus 4.9% reading.
On a monthly basis, factory output grew 4.4% in seasonally adjusted terms in June, contrasting May’s 3.3% fall and marking the best result since September 2023.
