Slovenia: Inflation edges down in November
Consumer prices increased 0.1% over the previous month in November, following a 0.3% month-on-month rise in October. Seven out of 12 sub-components registered higher prices, four recorded a decline in prices, and the remaining category came in flat from October. Prices for furnishings, household equipment and routine household maintenance rose by the biggest magnitude, while restaurants and hotels saw the largest decline in prices.
Inflation edged down to 2.0% in November, from 2.2% in October. Harmonized consumer prices rose 0.1% over the previous month in November, after increasing 0.4% in October. Meanwhile, harmonized inflation inched down from 2.3% in October to 2.1% in November. Annual average harmonized inflation creeped up to 2.0% in November, from 1.9% in October.
