Thailand: Manufacturing production dips in June
Manufacturing output fell 0.4% month-on-month in seasonally-adjusted terms in June, contrasting the 0.1% growth clocked in May.
On an annual basis, manufacturing output grew 17.6% in June, which was significantly below May’s 25.7% expansion. Meanwhile, the trend improved sizably, with the annual average variation of manufacturing production coming in at a two-year high of plus 2.8%, contrasting May’s minus 0.1% reading.
