United States: Home price growth stable in October
The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite home price index increased 0.8% month-on-month in October, which matched September’s rise.
Home prices remained elevated at 18.4% in annual terms in October, but was down from September’s 19.1% jump. Home prices rose at the quickest rate in Phoenix—for 29 months in a row now—followed by Tampa and Maimi. Overall, all 20 cities registered double-digit price growth in September.
